This is so beautifully calming. We don't get much spring here - it's a different season really - but the little we do is kind of a treasure. Your walk through the woods made me smile!

That means a lot—thank you. I’m so glad the walk brought a smile. True spring doesn’t arrive the same way for all of us. Even just a sliver of it can feel like a gift. When I lived in Austin, it was the fields of bluebonnets that marked the season. But spring here in Virginia is something else entirely—vivid, wild, and full of surprises. The trout lilies always feel like a bright hello from the forest floor. 🌿✨💚
